They were SOBBING and PLEADING for help. I assisted in the process of creating distance from this Predator.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hailey and Hannah, citing concern that Lieutenant O\u2019Brien may in some form enact retaliation toward them, decided to not \u2018UnFriend\u2019 or \u2018Block\u2019 Lieutenant O\u2019Brien from their social media. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This decision proved Tragic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>During an over 60-minute phone call, Lieutenant O\u2019Brien alternately blamed Hailey and Hannah for all of the trauma to have occurred, and asserted that his behavior could not &#8220;get me in trouble&#8221; if they were to tell anyone. Lieutenant O\u2019Brien is quoted as stating that he is \u2018untouchable\u2019.
